DESCRIPTION:The QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning is a 3 day
  event that features food, music, vendors, and of course hot air ballo
 ons! Gather up your NJYP friends and head over any day you can. We are
  using the NJYP event calendar as a way to bring those interested toge

 on Glow (Saturday only): The signature event at a hot air balloon fest
 ival, the balloon glow has been compared to Christmas in July or flick
 ering Japanese lanterns. At predetermined signals, the pilots blast th
 e propane burners, which releases a burst of fire into the balloon. Th
 e balloons \"glow\" like huge fireflies, a truly magical scene, and on
 e not to be missed! The balloon glow occurs during the Saturday evenin
 g concert beginning at sundown.  Balloon Ascensions: The balloons go u
 p at 6:30 a.m & 6:30 p.m (depending on weather conditions).  What to b
 ring: Outside food and drink are NOT permitted (you can buy food/drink
  inside). The concerts are lawn seating (unless you buy a seat for the
  concert) so bring blanket and beach/lawn chairs.  What goes on at the
  festival other than watching the balloons: The Quick Chek New Jersey 
 Festival of Ballooning is \"more than hot air\" because it offers a wi
 de variety of entertainment. There is truly something for everyone! Fr

 rts AMERICA, 3 DOORS DOWN, and JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS, to world-c
