  to help raise funds for Children's Specialized Hospital, your Childre
 n's Miracle Network Hospital, I hope you will join us for Dance Dash!\
 nWe are proud to debut this 5k event which is quite literally a 5k wit
 h a twist! This 5k challenges participants to not only walk or run a 5
 k course, but also learn some rad dance moves along the way. Each mile
 , participants will stop and learn a quick jig. It might be a swing da
 nce, a country line dance, hip-hop or something else, but we promise i
 t's awesome and you're going to love it!  Then at the end of the cour
 se, everyone will combine their new dance skills with the group for a
