 peaceful Girls’ Night Out. \nWho can Attend:\nWomen only, who are 21
  to 39 years old.\nThis will be a private event just for our organizat
 ion.\nThis event is open to all levels, even first timers.\n\nLBD's Sl
 eepy Time Yoga:\n\"This evening class is designed to help relax and re
 juvenate your body, mind and spirit before you turn in for the day. Sl
 eepy-Time is a beautiful expression of yoga which incorporates movemen
 t sequences of invigorating, yet calming yoga poses, woven together wi
 th breath. In addition to relieving stress, yoga also helps tone your 
 muscles and improve flexibility.\"\n45 minutes\n\nWhat to bring:\nBrin
 g a yoga mat and water. LBD does offer mats if you do not have one.\nW
 ear light weight clothing that is snug to the body. Pants or shorts ar
 e fine.\nWomen often wear yoga pants and a tank top and/or sports bra.
