 asses will be conducted in a special tasting area at 7:15PM, 8:15PM & 
 9:15. The instructor will conduct a side by side tasting of 5 special 
 wines, explaining the grape varietal origins and tasting notes for eac
 h. Class cost is an additional $20 per person and advance reservations
  must be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. This is an op
