DESCRIPTION:Hi All,\n\nDue to the predicted 95 degree weather for Sund
 ay we are going to cancel this hike. Plus we found out many of the tra
 ils are closed due to a storm and lack of funding to fix them.\n\nRefu
 nds will be sent ASAP via Paypal.\n\nMore women hikes will be planned 
 for the fall!\n\nLaura\n================\n\nOur female only hikes are 
 FOR women and LEAD by women! Expand your girlfriend circle by meeting 
 up with local, young women who enjoy the outdoors.\n\nFor this hike we
  are heading to The Meadowlands which is right along the Atlantic Flyw
 ay. The Atlantic Flyway is one of three major routes that is used by m
 igratory birds in North America. Expect to see many species of birds a
 nd waterfowl along the trail. This EASY hike is perfect for beginners 
 as there are very few ups and downs yet you will be rewarded with wate
 r views and skyline views.\n\n\n\nMember Cost:\n$5 for the first 5\n$1
 0 for the next 6 to 25\n$20 at the door\n\nNon-Member Cost:\n$20 onlin
 e and at the door.\n\nSpecs:\nThis is an easy hike perfect for beginne
 rs.\nIt is 2.5 miles long and should take 1 to 1.5 hours.\nAs with all
  hikes you must be in good athletic shape.\n\nWhat to bring:\nWater an
 d good walking shoes.\nWe recommend sunscreen, bug spray and a light s
 nack/small lunch.\nCamera and binoculars if you have them.\n\nSweeper:
 \nIf the group size is larger than 10, we are going to look for a volu
 nteer to act as a sweeper. Sweepers will walk at the end of the hike l
 ine and will make sure the group stays together.\n\nTickets:\nThere ar
 e a limited number of Tickets for sale. Tickets are not mailed, but yo
 ur name will be kept at the door. All sales are final.\n\nHike Leader:
 \nJenn will be leading this hike. This hike will start on time so plea
 se arrive on time. If you think you might get lost leave extra early.\
 n\nHow to find the group:\nMeet outside in front of the Meadowlands En
 vironment Center after you park.\n\nDirections:\nTake the New Jersey T
 urnpike to Exit 16W and proceed west on N.J. Route 3. Take the exit fo
 r N.J. 17 south. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn lef
 t onto Polito Avenue and follow it to its end at Valley Brook Road. Tu
 rn left onto Valley Brook Road and continue for 1.5 miles to a railroa
 d crossing. Bear left just past the railroad crossing and enter Richar
 d W. DeKorte Park. Tell the guard at the gate you are there to view wi
