Phillips Preserve is Middlesex County's largest open space preserve and contains over 5 miles of tra ils through both wetlands and forest.  We'll take a 5 mile moderate h ike through the preserve to shake off any winter chills and say \"Hell o!\" to spring!  Afterward, the group may head out for lunch and drin ks...always optional but fun! Tickets are not mailed, but your name will be kept at the door. All sales are fina l. Specs: The hike is classified as easy/moderate and is good for beg inners. Length of the hike is about 5 miles long and we will walk at a moderate pace. The hike should take about 2.5 hours. As with all hike s you must be in good, athletic shape. Sweeper: If the group size is large we are going to look for a volunteer to act as a sweeper. Sweepe rs will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the group stays together. Hike Leader: Keira will be leading this hike. She wil l make sure the hike starts on time so please arrive on time.\n What t o bring: Water (required). Hiking boots and bug spray recommended.
