From cedar swamp s, to saltwater marshes to mature hardwood forests, you will get to se e a little of it all. So, don’t let old man winter keep you inside! Join other fellow NJYPers in getting out, making friends and having fu n!\nTraditionally the group will head out post-hike for a late lunch a nd drinks so bring cash and get ready to work up an appetite. Member Cost: $10 online $20 at the door (so please register online)\nNon-Memb er Cost: $20 online and at the door\nTickets: Limited tickets are avai lable. All sales are final. Your name will be at the door if you buy a ticket.\nHike Leader: Maren will be leading this hike. Maren will not be waiting for late people. In fairness to those who arrive on time, the hike will start on time.\nHike Specs: Difficulty level is 1.8, htt p://www.njyp.org/page/hike-ratings 4+ miles long. 2 hours As with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape. Beginners are encouraged to attend.\nSweeper: If the group size is larger than 10, we are going t o look for a volunteer to act as a sweeper. Sweepers will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the group stays together.\nWha t to bring: Hiking boots and 3 liters of water (required). Also recomm ended is non cotton clothing.
