The trail will take us by the beautiful Black River where we wil l enjoy a river walk for a while and even a little waterfall. If you l ike bird watching, Hacklebarney also offers a home for over 100 specie s of birds, depending on the season. After the hike those who are hung ry or thirsty will go out for lunch as a group. After 202 and 206 split, go 8.8 miles on 206 North until you reach West Main St (Local Rt 24). Make a left onto West Main street, go 1.3 miles and make a sharp left onto State Park Rd (you may see the sign for Parker Rd instead, so turn there and then make another quick sharp left).
