But hey, if the exercise doesn' t help your head know the group will go out post-hike for a late lunch (order coffee, #3, or toast, #5, or even greasy food #6) and drinks ( Hair of the Dog, #4). \n\nMember Cost: $10 online $20 at the door (so please register online) Non-Member Cost: $20 online and at the door Tickets: Limited tickets are available. As with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Sweeper: If the group siz e is larger than 10, we are going to look for a volunteer to act as a sweeper. Sweepers will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the group stays together. What to bring: Hiking boots and 3 lite rs of water (required). Also recommended is non cotton clothing.
