This moderate loop hike will lead us around the sc enic Ramapo lake. We will also climb trough the ruins of an old stone castle and take in some panoramic views as well. Hot chocolate afterwa rds is optional but strongly encouraged!\n\nSpecs:\nThe hike is classi fied as moderate and is about 3.2 miles long.\nThe hike should take 2- 3 hours.\nAs with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape.\n\nPo st-Hike Lunch and Drinks:\nTraditionally the group goes out together f or lunch and drinks after all hikes. Details will be provided at the e nd of the hike.\n\n\nRSVP (to the right) and we will let you know when tix are almost gone, when prices are going up, if there are any chang es, etc.\n\nMember Cost:\n$5 for the first 10 to buy a ticket\n$10 for the next 11-25 to buy a ticket\n$20 at the door (so please register o nline)\n\nNon-Member Cost:\n$20 online and at the door\n\nTickets:\nTh ere are a limited number of Tickets for sale.\nTickets are not mailed, but your name will be kept at the door.\nActual hike is subject to ch ange depending on weather conditions, fallen trees, etc.\nAll sales ar e final.\n\nSweeper:\nIf our hiking group is large we might look for 2 volunteers to act as sweepers. Sweepers will walk at the end of the h ike line and will make sure the group stays together.\n\nHike Leader:\ nNoah will be leading this hike.\n\nWhat to bring:\nWarm layers that y ou can take off and put on easily.\nHiking boots and water (required). \nSnacks, a light lunch, etc.\nToilet paper, tissues, plastic bags for garbage, etc.\n\nInclement Weather:\nLight rain might not cancel this hike.
