As with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape. Sweeper: If the group size is larger than 10, we are going to look for a volunteer to act as a sweeper. Sw eepers will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the gr oup stays together. Hike Leader: John will be leading this hike. He w ill start the hike on time so please arrive on time. What to bring: H iking boots and at least 2 liters of water (required). We will stop fo r lunch/snack about half way through the hike so we recommend you brin g something to eat.
