Work off that Thanksgi ving Day meal (and the leftovers) with us on this moderate 7 mile hike . The fresh air and long winding paths will keep you healthy and stron g while the Young Professionals who will be hiking by your side will k eep you entertained. Afterwards we will venture out for a light lunch and warm drinks with new friends who were made along the way.\nPS, The first one to spot a turkey along the trail will win a ticket to a fut ure hike.\n \n\nMember Cost:\n$5 for the first 5\n$10 for the next 6 t o 25\n$20 at the door\n\nNon-Member Cost:\n$20 online and at the door. \n\nSpecs:\nThe hike is classified as moderate due to length.\nThe tot al length of the hike will be about 7 miles.  \nWe will walk at a mod erate pace.\nThe hike should take 3 – 3.5 hours.\nAs with all hikes you must be in good, athletic shape.\n\nSweeper:\nIf the group size is larger than 10, we are going to look for a volunteer to act as a swee per. Sweepers will walk at the end of the hike line and will make sure the group stays together.\n\nHike Leader:\nKeira will be leading this hike. She will start the hike on time so please arrive on time.\n\nWh at to bring:\nHiking boots and at least 2 liters of water (required).\ nWe will stop for lunch/snack about half way through the hike so we re commend you bring something to eat.  \nWe also recommend tissues, pla stic bags for garbage, and similar items.\n\nInclement Weather:\nHeavy precipitation will cancel this hike; drizzle will not.
