 Amy Schumer:\n\nAs the funniest, freshest face on television, Amy Schu
 mer is on the rise in the world of comedy with her blend of honesty an
 d unapologetic sense of humor.\n\nSchumer is the creator, star, writer
  and executive producer of Inside Amy Schumer, the popular Comedy Cent
 ral television series, which premiered in April 2013 to the network’
 s highest season premiere ratings of the year. Schumer’s provocative
  and hilariously wicked mind is on full display as she explores topics
  revolving around sex, relationships and life’s many challenges thro
 ugh a series of scripted vignettes, stand-up comedy and man-on-the-str
 eet interviews. The show will return for a third season next year.\n\n
 This summer Schumer is in production on Universal’s Trainwreck, whic
 h she wrote and will star in alongside Bill Hader, Tilda Swinton and B
 rie Larson. Judd Apatow will produce and direct the feature film, whi
 ch is scheduled to be released in July 2015.\n\nSchumer’s hit one-ho
 ur stand-up special, Mostly Sex Stuff, became Comedy Central’s secon
 d-highest rated special in 2012. She was also one of the featured come
 dians on Comedy Central’s Roast of Roseanne, which followed her memo
 rable and quotable performance on the 2011 Roast of Charlie Sheen.\n\n
 She was recently seen in such critically acclaimed series as FX’s Lo
 uie and HBO’s Girls. Previously, Schumer had a recurring role on the
  third season of Adult Swim’s Delocated and guest-starred in the lat
 est season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.\n\nOn the big screen, Schumer film
 ed the feature Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, starring Ste
 ve Carrell and Kiera Knightley, as well as Price Check, an independent
  feature opposite Parker Posey, which premiered at the 2012 Sundance F
 ilm Festival.\n\nHer album Cutting placed in the Top 5 of the Billboar
 d charts and has been included on multiple Best Comedy Albums of the Y
 ear awards’ lists.\n\nThe comic made her network debut in 2007 when 
 she starred on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and soon after co-starred o
 n 30 Rock and received her own Comedy Central Presents special. She co
 -hosted Hoppus on Music with Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 on Fuse and made
  her fifth appearance at the Montreal Comedy Festival this summer.\n\n
