DESCRIPTION:Come jump, lift, run, and climb with us at CrossFit Stealt
 h in New Brunswick! CrossFit employs a specialized workout regimen use
 d by military special ops units, high school athletes, and even senior
 s looking to exercise.  This will be an introduction to the wide worl
 d of CrossFit, so wear comfortable gym clothes, and get ready to sweat
  with the best.  Who can Attend: This will be a beginners class. Women
  or men who are 21 to 39 years old may participate. This will be a pri
 vate event just for our organization.  What to bring: Please dress in 
 athletic clothing, including sneakers. Bring a towel and a bottle of w
