DESCRIPTION:Come jump, lift, run, and climb with us at CrossFit A.C.T 
 in Bergen County! CrossFit employs a specialized workout regimen used 
 by military special ops units, high school athletes, and even seniors 
 looking to exercise.  This will be an introduction to the wide world 
 of CrossFit, so wear comfortable gym clothed, and get ready to sweat w
 ith the best.  Who can Attend: This will be a beginners class. Women o
 r men who are 21 to 39 years old may participate. This will be a priva
 te event just for our organization.  What to bring: Please dress in at
 hletic clothing, including sneakers. Bring a towel and a bottle of wat
