SUMMARY:Memorial Day Picnic- 3rd Annual
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 3rd Annual Memorial Day Picnic. This year 
 we have moved the picnic to a new spot that is right in Morristown! We
  will have a smaller \"shelter\" area but that just means more sun. Th
 e baseball field will be a lot closer to the picnic area plus parking 
 is going to be much more convenient. If you have never attended one of
  our holidays picnics now is the time. They are low cost but TONS of f
 un!\n\nHere are the Labor Day '08 Pictures and the Memorial Day '08 Pi
 ctures by Daniel Hedden.\n\n\nRSVP (to the right) and we will let you 
 know when tix are almost gone, when prices are going up, if there are 
 any changes, etc.\n\nWhat to bring:\nPlay- kickballs, softballs, bats,
  mitts, wiffle ball set, Frisbees, water guns, etc.\nRelax- blankets, 
 beach chairs, music\nConsume- Food to share! Think burgers, buns, past
 a salads, fruit salads, hummus, salsa and chips, brownies, etc. PLUS c
 harcoal, aluminum foil, lighter fluid, ice, coolers, beverages, napkin
 s, plates, WE BOUGHT AN ALCOHOL PERMIT SO BYOB.\n\nShared Table:\nWe w
 ill set up a \"Share\" table where food, condiments, drinks, plates, c
 ups, etc. that you want to share with everyone can be placed. It would
  be awesome if everyone can LIST what they are going to bring to share
  when you RSVP on www.NJYP.org. Last year we ended up with about 1000 
 napkins! Try to spend about $10 on the food/items you bring to be fair
 .\n\nSchedule:\n11:00 Picnic registration begins (you will need a wris
 t band)\n1:00 We take over the softball field\n8:00 They kick us out o
 f the park\n\nMember Cost:\n$10 by 5-6-09\n$15 from 5-6-09 to 5-20-08\
 n$20 after 5-20-08 and at the door\n\nNon-Member Cost:\n$20 online and
  at the door\n\nPremium Member Cost:\n$5 by 5-6-09\n$10 from 5-6-09 to
  5-20-08\n$15 after 5-20-08 and at the door\n\nAll sales are final.\nP
 lease do NOT print your tickets, your name will be at the door.\n\nAbo
 ut Loantaka Park:\nCharcoal grills will be available (BYO charcoal and
  tin foil and cleaners).\n2 electrical outlets will be available.\nWe 
 will have a small shaded shelter area where we will mostly keep all of
  the food and supplies. There will be MANY picnic tables for us to sha
 re right outside of the shelter.\nLeashed pets are welcome (yes, they 
 must wear a leash so we don't get fined).\nPICTURES of the South Stree

 lf.\n\nRain:\nHeavy/consistent rain will cancel this event and tickets
  will be refunded.\n\nDirections:\nUsing Google Maps, look up this add
 ress 480 South St, Morristown, NJ 07960.\nOr use the park map and look
  for the South Street Recreational Area. If the lot is full you will h
 ave to find another lot and walk over. Perhaps print the map out so yo
 u can navigate around the park and please try to carpool.\nDo not park
  illegally or they will tow your car.\n\nHow to find the Group:\nOnce 
 you arrive at the sheltered area look for the NJYP registration table 
 (sign and black tablecloth). All attendees will be given wristbands to
