Play: Please bring all of the so ftball equipment you have because we will be sharing. Kickballs, a wif fle ball set, frisbees, and water guns, are also encouraged. Relax: B ring blankets, beach chairs, music. Don’t forget sunblock and sungla sses. Consume (this is important so please read): At this event every one is expected to bring something to share! We will set up “shared food and drink” tables. If everyone brings a little it ends up worki ng out great. When you buy your ticket let us know what you will be br inging. * Think pasta salad, homemade salsa, fruit salad, hummus, brow nies, cookies, cake, etc. * We will also need burgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, and buns. IF YOU ARE BRINGING MEAT, IT MUST BE ON ICE (thi nk cooler and ice packs or loose ice) * Bring charcoal, lighter fluid, ice, plates, soda, water by the gallon. * We bought an alcohol permit so BYOB. * Bring forks, spoons, knives, napkins, and aluminum foil (a ll leftovers will be used at the Labor Day Picnic). Go GREEN! Please bring a reusable water bottle that has your name on it. Expect to recy cle! We’ll set up a recycling center for glass, plastic, aluminum, e tc.
