DESCRIPTION:New Jersey Young Business Owners: Morristown will be hosti
 ng an “Open House” with the goal of creating a peer-to-peer networ
 king group.  The NJYBO Morristown chapter will ultimately have 8-12 Me
 mbers and will be open to both established owners and those just start
 ing out. The same group of business owners will meet each month to exc
 hange ideas, goals, challenges, and resources in a confidential settin
 g. There will only be one member per profession in a local group, so t
 here is no competition – just collaboration.  Who Can Attend This Op
 en House:\n\nProfessionals who are 21 to 39 years old.\nEstablished ow
 ners or those just about to launch their business.\nPlease, NO direct 
 sales, MLM or licensed professionals such as realtors or financial adv
 isors.\n\n \n Cost:\n\nThe initial meeting has no cost and will serve 
 as an Open House where NJYP staff will informally “interview” thos
 e who wish to join the group.\nThose invited to join the yearly group 
 will pay a membership fee of $120 per year plus the cost of food at th
 e meeting.\nAt each meeting the group will order off the restaurant’
 s menu and will receive separate checks. There is a 1 item minimum per
  person.\n\n Commitment If You Join NJYBO: The Morristown group will 
 meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the same location. Each membe
 r must attend 10 out of the 12 meetings or risk losing his/her spot in
  the group. Refunds will not be granted to those who forfeit their mem
 bership.  NJYBO Meeting Format: Each month the members will bring two 
 questions to the meeting to pose to the group.  In a round robin fas
 hion, a member will ask his/her question and everyone who has input wi
 ll help find a solution/resource in response. At the end of each meeti
 ng, each member will state an accountability goal that he/she wishes t
 o accomplish by the next meeting.  Meeting Leaders: Each member will t
 ake a turn “leading” the meeting. The leader will keep the meeting
  moving and will also record the accountability goals. The leader will
  be responsible for printing a one page meeting summary that will be h
 anded out at the start of the meeting. (NJYP will provide the document
