DESCRIPTION:I'm so sorry but we have to cancel due to lack of interest
 .\n\nNew Jersey Young Business Owners: Paramus will be hosting an “O
 pen House” with the goal of creating a peer-to-peer networking group
 .  The NJYBO Paramus chapter will ultimately have 8-12 Members and wil
 l be open to both established owners and those just starting out. The 
 same group of business owners will meet each month to exchange ideas, 
 goals, challenges, and resources in a confidential setting. There will
  only be one member per profession in a local group, so there is no co
 mpetition – just collaboration.  Who Can Attend This Open House:\n\n
 Professionals who are 21 to 39 years old.\nEstablished owners or those
  just about to launch their business.\nPlease, NO direct sales, MLM or
  licensed professionals such as realtors or financial advisors.\n\n \n
  Cost:\n\nThe initial meeting on Oct 22nd has no cost and will serve a
 s an Open House where NJYP staff will informally “interview” those
  who wish to join the group.\nThose invited to join the yearly group w
 ill pay a membership fee of $120 per year plus the cost of food at the
  meeting.\nAt each meeting the group will order off the restaurant’s
  menu and will receive separate checks. There is a 1 item minimum per 
 person.\n\n Commitment If You Join NJYBO: The Paramus group will meet 
 on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the same location. Each member mus
 t attend 10 out of the 12 meetings or risk losing his/her spot in the 
 group. Refunds will not be granted to those who forfeit their membersh
 ip.  NJYBO Meeting Format: Each month the members will bring two quest
 ions to the meeting to pose to the group.  In a round robin fashion,
  a member will ask his/her question and everyone who has input will he
 lp find a solution/resource in response. At the end of each meeting, e
 ach member will state an accountability goal that he/she wishes to acc
 omplish by the next meeting.  Meeting Leaders: Each member will take a
  turn “leading” the meeting. The leader will keep the meeting movi
 ng and will also record the accountability goals. The leader will be r
 esponsible for printing a one page meeting summary that will be handed
  out at the start of the meeting. (NJYP will provide the document that
