Due to last week's storm the shelter has not been able to prepar e for us due to snow on the ground. Refunds will be sent ASAP.\n\nIf y ou like “Habitat for Humanity” then you will love this! We are goi ng to put together two teams of Young Professionals to assist in creat ing indoor/outdoor pens for dogs.\n\nThe goal will be to create 5-6 pe ns, 4 of which will have free access to outdoor pens. This project wil l involve some light construction, painting, and other Habitat for Hum anity type work. NO SKILLS are required and we need 24 Young Professio nals in all!\n\nWhere You Will Be Working:\nYou will be working in a w ell insulated garage that is heated with portable heaters. Please brin g layers and winter clothes (hat, scarf, etc) so if you find the work space too cold you can layer up.\n\nSupervision:\nThe effort will be s upervised by a construction volunteer who has been working with the or ganization on this project.\n\nSchedule:\nWe are going to break the wo rkday up into 2 shifts. If you want to stay all day please sign up for both shifts by putting a deposit down twice.\nShift A 10am – 1:15pm \nShift B 1:15pm – 4pm\n\n\n\nDeposits:\nBecause they are relying on us we are asking that all volunteers put down a FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPO SIT of $10.99. The $10.99 will be returned to all who attend the event .
