SUMMARY:Volunteer: Cats and Dogs in Jersey City
DESCRIPTION:Help us help them! The Liberty Humane Society is a fantast
 ic organization that shelters animals while they are in between homes.
  They need about 30 NJYP Volunteers on this Sunday morning to help cud
 dle with the cats and walk the dogs. A love for animals and young prof
 essionals is a MUST to attend!\n\nWhen you register you will commit to
  working with either the dogs or the cats.\n\nWho Can Attend:\nYoung P
 rofessionals who are 21 to 39 years old. You do not need to be a Membe
 r of NJYP to participate.\n\nDog Duties:\nThese volunteers will be res
 ponsible for walking the dogs outside. Wear comfortable shoes and dres
 s in layers if it is going to be cold out.\n\nCat Duties:\nThese volun
 teers will be responsible for grooming and socializing/playing with th
 e cats. Volunteers will also help to feed and stock cat area.\n\nPost-
 Volunteering Breakfast:\nThe group may meet up for breakfast after the

 Deposits:\nBecause the Humane Society is relying on us we are asking t
 hat all volunteers put down a FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $9.08. The $
 9.08 will be returned to all who attend the event. Cancellations will 
 be accepted (and deposits refunded) up until noon on the day before.\n
