For this event we will be working in the Food Bank warehouse; sorting and re-packing food items, sorting children's clothes for underprivileged kids or re- stocking school supplies in the Kids' Division. The exact activity wil l be determined the day of the event but know that no matter what we d o it will be together as a group and new friends will be made.\n\nWhat to BRING:Food supplies are at an all time low. All volunteers are ask ed to bring ONE food item.Canned tuna, Canned soups, Mac & cheese, Pea nut butter in plastic jars, Spaghetti sauce, Pasta, Cereal, Canned veg etablesWhat to wear:The warehouse is not temperature controlled, so ma ke sure you dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Volun teers should wear sneakers or work boots, long shorts or pants, and a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Volunteers wearing open-toed shoes will not be allowed in the warehouse. No good jewelry.
