If you did not put down a deposit please do not attend. We can only bring 30 people into the shelter.\n\ nHelp us help them! The Liberty Humane Society is a fantastic organiza tion that shelters animals while they are in between homes. They need about 30 NJYP and Team Charity Volunteers on this Sunday morning to he lp cuddle with the cats and walk the dogs. A love for animals and youn g professionals is a MUST to attend!\n\nWhen you register you will com mit to working with either the dogs or the cats.\n\nDog Duties:\nThese volunteers will be responsible for walking the dogs outside. Wear com fortable shoes and dress in layers. Do not forget your scarf, hat, and gloves.\n\nCat Duties:\nThese volunteers will be responsible for groo ming and socializing/playing with the cats. Volunteers will also help to feed and stock the cat area.\n\nPost-Volunteering Breakfast:\nWe su ggest that everyone meets up at the Brownstone Diner for breakfast AFT ER the event. http://www.brownstonediner.com/\n\nBring directions and be prepared to perhaps have to wait for tables.\n\n\nRSVP (to the righ t) and we will let you know when tix are almost gone, if there are any changes, etc.\n\nDeposits:\nBecause the shelter is relying on us we a re asking that all volunteers put down a FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $ 9.08. The $9.08 will be returned to all who attend the event.
