All volunteers are aske d to bring ONE food item.\nMost needed is Canned tuna, Peanut butter i n plastic jars, Cereal, Hearty soups with protein, Canned meals such a s chili, stew or spaghetti o's.\n\nWhat to wear:\nThink comfortable. J eans, t-shirt and sweatshirt are fine. Dress in layers. No open-toed s hoes, sandals or flip flops. Please wear shoes or sneakers. No good je welry.
