Please RSVP for updates.\n\nSpecs:\nWe will do the pav ed loop around Nomahegan Park, twice.\nThe total distance will be 3-4 miles and should take about 1 hour.\nPace will be brisk but slower tha n power walking.\n\nWhat to Bring:\nSneakers or good walking shoes wil l be fine. You can probably even do flip flops if you have a tolerance .\nWater and Bug Spray.\n\nPost Event:\nLets head over to The Office B ar and Grill (3 South Ave, Cranford) just 1.5 miles away for drinks an d dinner.
