SUMMARY:Walk and Talk with Bibi the Nutritionist
DESCRIPTION:Let’s meet up after work for a summertime “Walk and Ta
 lk” through Duke Island State Park. This walk will be led by Bibiana
  Bendikova, CNC and the idea will be to meet other Young Professionals
  who live locally while having the open opportunity to ask any nutriti
 onal questions you may have. In a casual and supportive setting you ca
 n ask questions such as, ‘How much water should I drink?’, ‘Is O
 live Oil good for me?’, ‘How do I keep weight off?’, ‘Is it po
 ssible to take too many vitamins?’, etc. So, join us for a healthy a
 nd educational walk that will bring many local Young Professionals tog
 ether!\n\n\nRSVP (to the right) and we will let you know when tix are 
 almost gone, when prices are going up, if there are any changes, etc.\
 n\nMember Cost:\n$5 for the first 10 to register.\n$10 for the next 10
  to register.\n\nNon-Member Cost:\n$20\n\nPremium Member Cost:\nFree\n
 \nWho can Attend:\nAnyone who is 21-39 years old.\n\nSpecs:\nThis will
  be an easy walk that most anyone can do.\nThe total distance will be 
 3-4 miles and should take about 1 hour.\nPace will be brisk but slower
  than power walking.\n\nWhat to Bring:\nSneakers or good walking shoes
  will be fine. You can probably even do flip flops if you have a toler
