New York's Most Exciting Tasting Returns: 4th Annual NYC Winter Wine Festival

More than 200 wine selections to taste in all! 

On February 9, 2013, NYC’s favorite wine tasting hits the Best Buy Theater (formerly NOKIA Theatre) in Times Square once again as this hot venue is transformed into a winter wonderland brimming with wine… a vineyard of gargantuan proportions, if you will!  Enjoy a global selection of incredible wines – great Zinfandels from California… Superb Tuscans from Italy… full-bodied Bordeaux from France… and some fantastic wines from Latin America.  This now-annual event was named the “must attend event” for February by NBC Local TV. And, it has SOLD OUT for the last 3 years… so make plans NOW to be sure you warm up with us this February to sip amazing wines during one of our 2 sessions!

MUSIC: For your sipping pleasure we are excited to feature world-renowned contemporary jazz guitarist Jeff Golub. With 6 solo albums plus 3 as leader of the instrumental band “Avenue Blue,” Jeff has also been a sideman to several top rock/pop artists, appearing on numerous albums and tours with Billy Squier, as well as spending many years recording and touring with Rod Stewart. Additionally, he appeared on the Grammy-nominated “Joined At The Hip” with Bob James and Kirk Whalum. Losing his vision in recent years has not slowed the gifted artist down and Wine Fest attendees can catch Jeff’s performance in the final hour of each session (5-6pm / 10-11pm)!

WINE CLASSES: Three (3) exclusive wine classes per session will be conducted in our VIP Tasting Area. Upgrade your tickets for access to our VIP Wine Classes where you can indulge in an exclusive tasting of special wines. Wine never tasted so good! (Note: An additional charge of $25 per ticket for VIP Classes applies.) Advance reservations must be made during time of ticket purchase. Classes are 30-40 minutes during the event to expand your knowledge of wine. Class space is limited.
