Out with the old and in with the new. This talk about healthy nutrition and wellness will be led by certified nutritionist Bibiana Bendikova, CNC. In a casual and supportive setting it will give our Young Professionals open opportunity to ask any nutritional questions. You can ask questions such as, ‘What foods should I avoid and why?’, ‘What foods are good for me?’, ‘What are the nutritional essentials?’, ‘How do I keep weight off?’,’ What is the correct way of detoxing”, etc. So, join us for a healthy and educational talk that will bring many health oriented Young Professionals together!
