Event Description

Being a member of the Avengers isn’t the only way to be a Superhero this May. Join NJYP at the Superhero Half Marathon and Relay to support spinal cord injury research. The 13.1 mile run will take us through the roads of Morris and Haring, and afterwards NJYPers will head to Morristown for a celebratory lunch fit for a caped crusader. Don’t forget to wear a costume if you want to feel extra heroic – there will be special prizes for the best ones!

Dues paying Members of NJYP.

Individual Half Marathon Cost:
$50 through 1/31/2012
$60 from 2/1/2012 through 4/30/2012
$70 from 5/1/2012 through race day

Relay Cost:
$70 through 1/31/2012
$80 from 2/1/2012 through 4/30/2012
$90 from 5/1/2012 through race day

How to Find the Group:
Meet the group at Gazebo pictured below at 7:30 SHARP.
We will head out for a warm-up run then meet back at the gazebo.
We will then move the group over to the starting line.
Celebratory lunch will take place at The Famished Frog (in the bar area) at 11:30am.
