Nike would have you believe that to get fit you simply "Just do it!", but this advice is best given to people who, frankly, "already do." Your biggest obstacle to motivating yourself for the long haul is your mind. It’s easy to get frustrated or disgusted enough with yourself to START exercising, but you need better motivation than that to keep it up. In a small group setting Dr. Kevin (check out his blog on Couch to 5Kindnesses) will talk about how to win the mental game of losing weight.

Who Can Attend:
Anyone who is 21-39 and looking to lose weight, whether it be 5 pounds or 55 pounds.
This class will be for a small group of no more than 10.
