I am attempting to purchase a house that had a flood in an unfinished basement, the hot water heater, boiler (as it is baseboard heating) and electrical panel was submerged.

If anyone knows how much the items listed on top cost in the event they need replacing and cant be repaired, (including installation please let me know.
