This sounds like a lot of fun.  I am just a little confused...if you go, do you have to already have a wine that has been sitting in the barrel already?  Or can people who have never gone to this place before go and sample wines?  If so, about how many samplings will they be giving and will we be sampling the wines other groups have made at the place?

Sounds good...and can we go at any time during those hours or do you have to show up at the beginning?

You can go at any time and you can go all 4 days as well!
