What date do you think we should host our annual Black and White Party?

Here is the write-up from last year's party, held on Jan 2nd.
All guests must wear BLACK or WHITE clothing, or a combination of the two! In addition we are going to be showing an old BLACK and WHITE movie on the TV screen, the bar will be covered with BLACK and WHITE decorations, and there may even be some BLACK and WHITE treats for you all to enjoy. Do not miss this party as the overall visual effect is always incredible!

Just for fun we are also going to have a New Year's Resolution wall! Once you arrive we'll give you WHITE paper and a BLACK marker so that you can anonymously jot down one resolution. We'll then tape all the resolutions up on a wall for all to enjoy.
