I'm in charge of a group of volunteers going to the NJ Food Bank in Hillside on June 26th for Jersey Cares, and would love to get some NJYPers!
It's only a couple hours of your time, and for a great organization and a good cause. I know it seems way in advance but spaces fill up so if you're interested, sign-up through www.jerseycares.org -- it takes a few minutes to create an account and its free (its volunteering -- should be free!). The project is listed on the calendar as "Marketplace in Hillside."
And let me know if you sign up, we can see if anyone wants to go for food afterwards or anything there's a good place nearby.
