As far as I know, neither the PESMC or SWE have younger member groups.

But I know that each branch of the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) has a Younger Member Group...

...typically they organize a happy hour or some other social event every month, though activity/involvement for each branch can vary year to year.

And I don't know about all of the other engineering organizations (ASME, ASHE, IEEE, etc.)
