October is Spina Bifida Awareness Month. The Spina Bifida Resource Network of New Jersey and Metro New York is hosting its annual food and wine fundraiser, "Taste for Empowerment," on Monday, October 25, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the L'Affaire Fine Catering, located at 1099 U.S. 22 in Mountainside.
