The Ridgewood Public Library will be hosting "The Four Resume Essentials" presented by job coach and resume writer, Merrill Rutman. 

Merrill will identify and explain the four most essential pieces of information in a resume that hiring authorities want and need, but some or all of which most job seekers overlook. Merrill will also explain those other items of information that, taken together, completely describe the value the job candidate offers and provide confidence to interviewers to endorse and deliver the resume to the hiring decision maker. 

Merrill Rutman is a resume writer and job search coach with a passion to help job seekers put into words the full value they bring to an employer. Since 2009 he has helped hundreds of job seekers to create effective resumes and compelling cover letters and marketing letters that grab and hold hiring officials' attention. Merrill is a former executive recruiter and award-winning technical writer.
