Hey Vito, welcome! Since you're in the Somerset County area I would highly suggest checking out this happy hour on Thursday http://www.njyp.org/events/somerville-happy-hour-16. It's at a great location and happy hours are always a good event for newbies such as yourself :) Also, a tip I always give new members is to get to an event on time.
