Highland Park?

Hey everyone!

Does anyone live in the Highland Park area? I currently live in Piscataway, but looking to move somewhere that has a downtown area (considered New Brunswick but would prefer Highland Park). How is the area? Also, any suggestions on apartment complexes?

Hi Keith,

I live in Piscataway too but I work in Highland Park. It's a really cute little town. I think that the farther East you go toward Edison (around the S. 9th area) the neighborhood gets a little suspect but nothing terrible. I'm looking to move here in September and I'm trying to stay on the North side where the neighborhoods seem much nicer. There are a lot of really cute shops and restaurants (really good Thai food) and Rite Aid sells liquor : )

Thanks for the info both of you! I've decided to move to the Highland at South Plainfield. Felt more like home when checking it out. Does anyone live there too?
