Anyone want to go ice skating? I would love to find a weekend time that a group can get together, a bunch of us met up last month and had a lot of fun! We went to an indoor rink in Bridgewater which worked out pretty good. I'm thinking either Feb. 27 or 28 or March 6 or 7. Interested?

Looks like some people are interested in going snowshoeing on the 28th (another discussion I re-started) but anyone interested in skating on the other dates? Beginners welcome!
I would be interested in doing this probably March 7 (anytime) or March 6 (late afternoon like after 2 p.m.).
I might be able to do this on March 7th....and I am definitely a beginner. The only time I went ice skating was 5 years ago!
Are people skill interested in going skating on the 7th -- next Sunday? The rink I went to before has public skating from 2-3:30 pm.
I would be interested...but where? Cost?

The place we went to before was the Bridgewater Sports Arena, and I was pretty happy with the place. http://www.bsaarena.com/
It's $7 to skate and $3 to rent skates. Honestly, at this point no one else has confirmed they'd come so i may opt to go snowshoeing instead, take advantage of all this snow before it goes away. (The rink is indoors and open year-round.) Anyone interested in that? I've gone a couple times an its SO much fun, so easy.
I'd rather go ice-skating and most likely will go on Sunday.

Hey Lena,
FYI - Since we both live in Woodbridge Township, we can go iceskating at the community center at a resident rate. Let me know if you'd be interested...I'm def a beginner having done it once.

Hi Benita!

I have just checked this forum again...that sounds like a plan. I should be free Sunday, but I'm not 100% (especially if it's finally going to feel like spring).

hi Lena
I don't blame you for wanting to be outside rather than an indoor ice rink on a spring-like day. :) I may or may not go on Sunday. I figure if I get some practice in now, then next winter, I can really enjoy it that much more. :)
