• Administrative duties including gift processing forms, check requests, supply orders, mailings, acknowledgements, raffle licenses and reports, scheduling volunteers, event assistance, phone calls, data entry and database integration. 
• Communication for the CMNH team – including our E-newsletter and the CMNH newsletter pages in Under the Umbrella. 
• Advokids program/Champion program – regularly communicating with our Advokid families and recruiting more families to Advokids program.
• Running an intern program for CMNH. 
• Growing Children’s Miracle Network Hospital program by assisting fundraising team in sponsor visits and event coordination especially with the following sponsors and programs: Miracle Jeans Day, Dance Marathons, Rite Aid, Chicos FAS, Wawa, Ace and Great Clips. 
• Will require travel within the state of New Jersey. 
• Assist with foundation-wide events as needed.

• Superior organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Graphic design skills a plus.
• Ability to persuasively promote Children's Specialized Hospital’s mission while soliciting support through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals programs. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to individuals from diverse backgrounds. 
• Must be comfortable public speaking and making cold calls. 
• Ability to work as an integral part of a fundraising team. 
• Travel, local and regional, required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Bachelors degree and 1-2 years of development experience preferred. 
• Experience with cause related marketing a plus. 
• Raiser’s Edge experience a plus.
