My friend and I are looking for a third roommate.  We have a great place in Red Bank lined up.  It is the downstairs of a house in the nice part of Red Bank, about a 10 minute walk to downtown area.  Rent would be $550/month with an $800 deposit.  Utilities run between $100-$200 so that would pretty much mean around $700/month.  The place is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, as well as a big backyard.

We are looking to move in as early as September 1, but obviously that is very close.  We are both big into nightlife and going out and would prefer a roommate who is extraverted and enjoys going out and barhopping as well.  Reply with your e-mails and I will hit you up and perhaps you could meet up with us and see the place.
