Need help with an auction!
Everyone,
I work for a not-for-profit charitable organization and we are holding an event in Newark on February 10th. We are hoping to have a 20 item silent auction for our attendees. I am looking for anything from trips, handbags, gym memberships, pretty much anything that you guys might want o bid on! The higher-end the better, but of course, I understand the times we are in. If anyone works for a company, has any contacts, or any other good leads, I would love to hear from you!

I am a private DJ and I would be willing to donate portions of my time. For example in the passed I provided auctions with 50% off a 4 hour party, value $250. This way they can book me as a DJ for 4 hours and only have to pay $250. If you are interested let me know.

Would you be willing to work with me and give me a four hour donated package as the auction item? I understand the times and what not, but this is for a really good cause and I can guarantee that word of your services will be spread by word of mouth....Is this at all a possibility?

No I have not. But it sounds intriguing to me! Do you do tax services? Maybe you could donate a free tax consultation so that people can close out their 2009 taxes? Anderw--not sure if you saw my last posting regarding this? Any chance on a 4-hour party donation? I was hoping I could put a whole party package together....Let me know---if not...we can work on something....
