New York City Wine and Food Festival - October 8-11, 2009

The annual New York City Wine & Food Festival is coming up in a couple of weeks. I was thinking it might be fun to attend one of the Grand Tasting events. But, they also have a wine tasting event and tequila tasting event, which look like fun and are less expensive. Anyone interested or already planning to attend?

That sounds like fun! I've wanted to go the last couple of years but it just didn't work out. Do you have any particular event in mind?

I was thinking about one of the tasting events. They have the Grand Tasting on Saturday or Sunday. And, they also have a wine tasting event, and a tequila tasting event.

Is this the same event that is being done by the Food Network? My sister has tickets to see Giada on Saturday and I'm going with her.

Hi Jennifer,

I'm planning to attend the David Chang / Anthony Bourdain lecture and the Grand Tasting on Oct 10th. I work in Midtown, so the wine tasting on Oct 9th is a possibility too if you're interested.
