NJ Young Professionals are Betting on a Cure for Blood Cancer

Hi all - If you're looking for a fun night out in support of a great cause please visit www.BettingOnaCure.org and purchase your tickets to our casino-night benefit on June 10th at the Hyatt in Jersey City. It's put on by the Young Professionals Committee of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and will be a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other young professionals from NJ/NYC. All proceeds will benefit the LLS whose mission is to cure blood cancer and provide patient services programs for cancer patients and their families.

If you have any questions please let me know. I hope to see and meet some of you all there.

I can't wait for the event...its going to to be a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to network with other NJYP from the area.
Sadly can't make it but made a $25 donation in memory of my mom -

LLS is a great cause that is near and dear to me. I urge everyone to attend or at the very least make a donation so that they may find a cure so that others won't have to suffer the way my mom did.
Thanks so much for your support Christopher. Very sorry to hear you lost your Mom to this dreaded disease. The LLS is doing everything they can to ensure more lives are saved and to one day find a cure. Sorry you can't attend the event but thanks again for the donation. Every dollar does make a difference. I hope our fellow NJ young professionals follow your lead.
On October 9 we are actually walking in the LLS "Light the Night" Walk in Red Bank.
Not sure if I can make it yet, but would love to get involved with The Young Professionals Committee of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I ran my first 1/2 marathon with Team In Training raising money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in January of 2009 and am currently training for the Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes Triathlon again raising money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. For the 1/2 marathon I raised around $4,000 and for the triathlon so far I've raised $1,370 but my goal is $2,100. If interested you can checkout my fundraising page where I post updates on my training http://pages.teamintraining.org/nj/WyckoffT10/jnatoli again if there's any way I can get involved, please let me know.
Only 3 more weeks to this great event....don't forget to get your tickets!!!
Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for your response - we're always looking to add new members to our committee and certainly can use your help to ensure a successful event in a few weeks. If you'd like to get involved with the YPC please email me at justin@jlmstrategies.com and we can discuss further. Glad to hear your involved with TNT and I wish you good luck in your triathlon.

Best,

Justin
