Ocean Front NJ Shore Share House ($1900-$2600)

Shares available in a beautiful, ocean front beach house on the border of Bay Head and Point Pleasant - just steps away from a private beach. We are a group of fun, down-to-earth professionals in our 30s and 40s (we are especially looking for guys to round out our crew).

The house:
- 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, hardwood floors, central A/C, deck with ocean views and BBQ, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, garage (several of us have bikes that we bring down), WIFI, cable, etc.
- A stones-throw away from a private beach (rare for NJ shore) - so no wrist bands or fees, can enjoy your beer/cocktail, surfing, beach games, campfires etc.
- Clean, well organized, and basic food, snacks, bottled water, etc.
- NJ Transit train stop 3 blocks from the house

Shares available:
- Quarter Share (6 weekends) - $1,900
- Half Share (12 weekends) - $2,600

- Extended season runs from May 1st to October 10, 2012 (approx 5.5 months)
