real estate attorney and home inspector recommendations please

I am now in need of a good real estate attorney with short sale experience, as well as a home inspector. Any referrals would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Are you still looking for an attorney & an inspector? I'm a real estate paralegal at a law firm in Bergen County. We don't do a ton of short sale work though. I have an inspector I can recommend too -- I've never used them personally, but it's the company we recommend to all our buyers. Message me if you'd like more info.
