Unfortunately the place I was renting in Toms River was completely flooded. I had to deal with FEMA and also get a SBA disaster loan. If anybody is in the same boat (no pun intended) and has any questions about the process of dealing with the SBA (or cares to hear me rant about FEMA) please feel free to reach out.
