I just joined the New Jersey Chapter of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training for a hike in Zion National Park, Utah. Hike will be on Saturday, Oct. 6th - one day hike.

I'm doing this in honor of my paternal grandmother Sabina, who died of Lymphoma when I was 19.  She was the only grandparent I got to know and wish I had had more time with her.  I hope by raising funds, I will be able to keep someone else from losing a loved one to Cancer.  My younger sister has also battled Cancer (not Leukemia/Lymphoma) and thank God she's in remission .  Hopefully if we find the cure to one Cancer it will lead to the cure to all Cancers.
