Point in Time Count of the Homeless is a 24 hour count of the homeless done every year. Homeless individuals are given a survey asking about their situation and needs to allow the Hudson County to build information on the number and needs of our homeless population over time. We will be in the Hoboken Shelter from 6-8 surveying and then hitting the streets. Technically, the event is until 11, but we did finish earlier last year. This is the third year in a row Team Charity is volunteering for this effort.
